Product series

Every strap and guard we build, side by side.

Easooty manufactures six families of tie-down and cargo control products in Ningbo, China. Series 01 self-retracting ratchet straps store their webbing inside the ratchet body and retract on demand. Series 02 auto-retract tie-downs rewind with one hand. Series 03 cam buckle straps are light-duty zinc-alloy lashings for boards and small craft. Series 04 elastic straps take up slack automatically. Series 05 two-inch manual ratchet straps are the conventional open-loop workhorse. Series 06 ABS corner protectors put a moulded buffer between the strap and a sharp cargo corner. All six are available as OEM and ODM with custom webbing, colours, hardware and packaging.

Comparison of the six Easooty cargo control series by webbing width or cord diameter, breaking strength, safe working load, length, mounting and retraction. The corner protector is an accessory rather than a restraint, so it carries no load rating.

How to choose

Three questions that settle the choice before you send an inquiry.

Working over the centre of a load?

Over-the-centre lashing multiplies the restraint force by roughly two. Pick a series with at least twice your calculated load in breaking strength, and size the strap so the ratchet body sits over the load line, not at its edge.

Loose webbing a liability?

Self-retracting and auto-retract series store the unused webbing inside the housing. Nothing trails on the road, nothing needs re-tensioning after the first stop, and nothing can be snagged by a tailgate or a walker.

Salt water or a marine deck?

Standard zinc-plated hardware is fine inland. For marine and coastal work specify the vinyl-coated hook and the salt-spray-tested cam, and ask us for the test report for your batch.

Private label and OEM

We put our name off the strap and yours on it. Custom webbing colour and width, vinyl-coated or plain hooks, branded header cards, printed polybags and your own carton markings. Send us a competitor sample and a target price and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
